Driving Directions

From Sheikh Zayed Rd. - 1st Interchange. (Going towards Jebel Ali)

• At the 1st interchange (near Toyota Bldg.) turn left towards Dubai Mall.
• Continue straight and follow the Al Ain signs.
• Take the under-loop to turn left onto Al Khail Rd.
• Continue straight on to Ras Al Khor Rd. (E44) past the interchange at Oud Metha Rd. / Al Ain Rd.
• Take the right Exit 24 at the interchange on Nad Al Hamar Road.
• At the signal lights continue straight.
• At the 1st round-about go straight.
• At the 2nd round-about go straight.
• At the 3rd round-about go left.
• At the next round-about turn left.
• Keep going till you reach Modern on your right.

From Sheikh Zayed Rd. - 2nd Interchange. (Going towards Jebel Ali)

• At the 2nd interchange (near Safa Park) take the loop to go left onto Al Hadiqa St.
• At the signal lights go straight.
• At the next interchange, take the loop to go left onto Al Khail Rd.
• Continue straight on to Ras Al Khor Rd. (E44) past the interchange at Oud Metha Rd. / Al Ain Rd.
• Take the right Exit 24 at the interchange on Nad Al Hamar Road.
• At the signal lights continue straight.
• At the 1st round-about go straight.
• At the 2nd round-about go straight.
• At the 3rd round-about go left.
• At the next round-about turn left.
• Keep going till you reach Modern on your right.

From Jebel Ali / Greens

• Get on to Emirates Rd. (E311) going towards Sharjah.
• At the interchange on Al Ain Rd. take the loop to go left towards Nad Al Sheba.
• After about 3 km, take the right exit into Nad Al Sheba 3 & 4.
• At the 1st round-about go straight.
• At the 2nd round-about turn right.
• At the next round-about turn left.
• Keep going till you reach Modern on your right.

From Sharjah and Qusais

• Get on to Emirates Road (E311) going towards Abu Dhabi.
• Continue on Emirates Rd. past Mirdif and Al Warqa’a (on your left).
• Continue on Emirates Rd. across (E44) Ras Al Khor Rd. / Al Awir Rd. and past International City Phase 1 (on your left).
• Continue on Emirates Rd. across (D67) Manama St. DO NOT take Exit 50.
• Now take the first right turn into Nad Al Sheba 3 and 4.
• At the 1st round-about turn right.
• Keep going till you reach Modern High on your right.

From Deira

• Go past City Centre towards Gharoud Bridge.
• Take the Exit to Umm Ramool Rd. (D83).
• Take the right exit at Nad Al Hamar Rd. interchange.
• Continue straight on Nad Al Hamar Rd. across Ras Al Khor Rd. (E44).
• Continue straight at the signal lights.
• At the 1st round-about go straight.
• At the 2nd round-about go straight.
• At the 3rd round-about go left.
• At the next round-about turn left.
• Keep going till you reach Modern on your right.

From Karama

• Get onto Oud Metha Rd. (D83) going past Wafi Centre towards Al Ain.
• Continue straight towards Al Ain across Ras Al Khor Road (E44).
• Continue on Al Ain Rd. Do not take the Exit 9 to Nad Al Sheba.
• Go on and take Exit 14 to Sharjah and Al Warqa’a.
• At Emirates Rd. do double loops to complete a ‘U’ turn. back onto Al Ain Rd. heading towards Nad Al Sheba.
• After about 3 km, take the right exit into Nad Al Sheba 3 & 4.
• At the 1st round-about go straight
• At the 2nd round-about turn right
• At the next round-about turn left.
• Keep going till you reach Modern on your right.

From Bur Dubai

• Get onto Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Rd. (between Bur Dubai and Karama)
• At Sana Signal turn left onto Sheikh Rashid Rd.
• Follow the Al Ain signs.
• At Wafi Centre interchange turn right onto Oud Metha Rd. (going towards Al Ain)
• Continue straight across Ras Al Khor Road towards Al Ain.
• Continue on Al Ain Rd. Do not take the Exit 9 to Nad Al Sheba.
• Go on and take Exit 14 to Sharjah and Al Warqa’a.

• Go on and take Exit 14 to Sharjah and Al Warqa’a.
