Education is not just for employment…Education is about enhancement of a human being!

My personal philosophy is guided by this thought, “Change is not an option! Change is compulsory!”  As Millennials, students should be the Pioneers of Change! Not merely as adapters of change, instead they should be active responders –constantly training themselves to respond positively!  This personal philosophy is the guide for the kind of a teacher I have become! I am constantly stimulating the students, firstly to keep updated about the trends around them and also constantly think of “what can I do with this! What more! What else!”

My dream is to promote Innovation and Entrepreneurship among all school students from a very young age and all Innovators to be Entrepreneurs, having their own startups.  To promote entrepreneurship, I recently conducted an Entrepreneurship Workshop at GEMS Modern Academy, Kochi.
